Catch me at Illustrator's Day this weekend at the New Hampshire Institute of Art. I will be divulging my top Corel Painter 12 painting secrets. Walk-ins are still being accepted.
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought you have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
I just finished reading the "Illustrator's Day" art book and I absolutely loved it! It's a captivating story about a young illustrator who is determined to make her dreams come true despite all the challenges she faces. It's a great book for both adults and children, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inspiring read.
Sounds awesome, Bearded Lady! Corel Painter 12 is still a powerhouse. Are you covering any workflow tips for achieving a retro look, almost like Retro bowl pixel art? It would be interesting to see how modern tools can mimic those classic styles. Hope Illustrator's Day is a success!
Wow, that sounds like a fantastic event! I'm really interested in learning more about Corel Painter 12, especially any tips that could help speed up my workflow. Are you planning on going over techniques for creating stylized backgrounds? I'm always struggling to get those right. Speaking of stylized looks, have you ever used your skills to create game art? I've been dabbling in indie game development, and was even considering making a little endless runner similar to Run 3 , but with a unique illustrated style.

Sad that I was not able to go to Illustrator's day last year. What do you got for year 2012?
Hello! I just would like to give a huge thumbs up for the great info you have here on this post. I will be coming back to your blog for more soon.
